Age Verification: fb001.c reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any point to verify that you meet the 21+ age requirement. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any funds deposited will be returned after deducting the costs of any applicable reversal or transaction fees.
Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on the fb001.c platform. Attempting to open or operate more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, a shared payment method, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields. You further agree to promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate. fb001.c reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify fb001.c immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. fb001.c will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
fb001.c strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Setup instructions are available in the Security section of your account settings.
The fb001.c platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) for all account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.
4.1 Deposits
fb001.c accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select over-the-counter channels including 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your fb001.c account balance in real time. Bank transfers typically clear within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours.
fb001.c does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction charges — please consult your payment provider's fee schedule before transacting.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Withdraw section of your fb001.c account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within 15–30 minutes around the clock. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day, subject to the receiving bank's clearing procedures.
fb001.c reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in a verification request may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.
Important: All funds deposited to fb001.c must originate from a payment account that is legally owned and registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. fb001.c reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close any account where a third-party funding source is identified.
fb001.c offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP reward programmes. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fb001.c platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb001.c, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions; interruptions to service; third-party payment provider delays; or errors in game outcome display resulting from client-side rendering issues.
fb001.c's total cumulative liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits fb001.c's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Upon termination, fb001.c will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account after deducting any amounts legitimately owed to fb001.c, including the value of any pending chargebacks. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account termination for breach of Terms.
You may voluntarily close your fb001.c account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within three (3) business days.
Your use of the fb001.c platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the fb001.c platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct negotiation. If direct negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.
fb001.c operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Disputes relating to specific game outcomes may be referred to fb001.c's dispute resolution process as detailed in our FAQ, before escalation to regulatory or judicial channels.
fb001.c reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the registered account email address and/or via a prominent notice on the fb001.c website.
The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification. Continued use of the fb001.c platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date.
